Our Story
Global Precision Surveying was founded with a simple mission: deliver accurate, reliable land surveys to the builders, developers, and property owners of Southwest Missouri. We started as a small operation in Republic and have grown steadily by doing one thing well — showing up, doing the work right, and standing behind every plat we sign.
Over the years we've surveyed thousands of parcels across Greene, Christian, Webster, Lawrence, and surrounding counties. We've staked subdivisions, certified commercial closings, and helped families settle boundary questions that had gone unresolved for decades. Every project matters to us, whether it's a single residential lot or a 500-acre development.
We're licensed, insured, and committed to the professional standards of the Missouri Society of Professional Surveyors. When you hire us, you get a licensed Professional Land Surveyor on every job — not a technician working unsupervised.
